What a terrific company to work with.  TJ and staff were pleasant, quick to come provide me with a quote and then gave me options that met my budget.  I felt all along that they were in the situation with me and made it easy to do business with them.  I had them fix some broken screens, broken crank handles and some horribly stuck windows.  They came up with some genius ideas on how to fix the core problem which is awesome and looks better plus works easier!  The repaired window screen was installed and even looks so much better. Right from the start, Sue who answered my call was friendly and professional. Toby and Scott showed up on time and easily replaced the balance rods on four of our 20 year old impact windows.
They are now working like brand new windows!
These guys were quick, efficient and cleaned up before they left.
Don't waste your time calling any other company.

I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. TJ and Scott were on time and did an unbelievable job on fixing my old windows. They are like new and very secure now. Sue in the office is so lovely and willing to help as I had an emergency and they accommodated me with their schedule. I highly recommend you hire them as it is superb customer service, professional , highly skilled and I can go on.
